Cooking Instructions

Three different ways
  • Remove outer bag prior to cooking. Do not pierce or open the clear bag. The clear bag will self vent during the cooking¬†process. Please be careful when removing the cooked chicken from the bag as steam will escape through the middle venting strip.
  • After cooking, remove the chicken from the oven and allow 10 minutes to rest before carving.
Storage
Freeze on day of purchase.
Thaw
Thaw in the refrigerator for approximately 18 hours per kg. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Fan-forced Oven
. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C (Conventional oven 190°C). Place the chicken on a roasting dish with venting strip facing up. Cook for 25-30 minutes per 500g or until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the oven and allow 10 minutes to rest before carving.
