Cooking Instructions

Three different ways
Fan-forced Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place breast side up on a rack in a roasting dish. Cook for approximately 25 - 30 minutes per 500g. Baste chicken with cooking juices halfway through cooking. Remove chicken from oven and allow 10 minutes to rest before carving.
CONVENTIONAL
Oven
Preheat oven to 190°C. Place breast side up on a rack in a roasting dish. Cook for approximately 25 - 30 minutes per 500g. Baste chicken with cooking juices halfway through cooking. Remove chicken from oven and allow 10 minutes to rest before carving.
Barbecue
Preheat BBQ to medium. Brush BBQ with plate lightly with oil and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, Reduce heat low and cook for a further 30-40 minutes. Turn chicken occasionally until cooked through.
