Your opportunity to join us at Te Aroha Primary Plant for 2 days a week/ Hybrid working 2 days a week

As the Change Management Lead, you'll hold a pivotal position in implementing enduring and sustainable strategies for effective change and stakeholder engagement, aligning closely with Inghams' strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing transitions and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless change initiatives that bolster the delivery of strategic projects and programs.

Furthermore, you'll spearhead the transformation of Ingham’s internal capability and culture concerning change management and agile working. This will involve leading by example, providing training, and mentoring teams to embrace these shifts.

In addition, you'll champion an inclusive culture, advocating strongly for both business and cultural change, with a particular focus on fostering diversity and inclusion.

To be successful in this role:

  • Has a sound knowledge of change management techniques required for effective change. Has a proven ability to work with leadership to coordinate and successfully implement change initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of change frameworks and their application to customer experience.
  • Practical project management experience - scoping work, planning implementation roadmaps, risk management identification and resolution, measurement, communication for staff and leaders.
  • Experience with partnering with leaders through a change process.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
