12 Ingham’s nuggets
Quarter of a cup mayonnaise
Quarter of an iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 carrots, grated
12 small slider style buns, warmed
12 tablespoons of your favourite sauce, chutney or salsa
Cook the nuggets according to the directions on the packet.
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise with a little water or lemon juice to loosen. Add the lettuce and carrot and mix together.
Cut the sliders in half and add a little lettuce mix then top with a hot nugget and a little sauce.
