Jonathan joined Ingham’s in 2008 as Retail Sales Manager for Ingham’s Enterprises NZ before moving into the National Sales Manager position in 2010. In October 2015, he was promoted to executive leader of the Sales division based in Sydney and in February 2016 also took over the Marketing division. Jonathan has extensive experience in retail sales in the UK, NZ and Australia and has held senior positions with Countdown Supermarkets and Marks and Spencer.
GM Sales & Marketing NZ
Matt joined Ingham’s Strategy and Transformation team in 2015 and since then has been promoted to various roles. These included managing the Ingham’s commercial relationships with our contract farmers in Australia and New Zealand, the architecture of Ingham’s operational footprint and managing planning and IT projects. Before joining Ingham’s, Matt worked in management consulting with Accenture, strategy at Woolworths in Australia and completed an MBA at Oxford University.
People and Performance Manager
Christine came to Ingham’s in February 2016 as the People and Performance Manager from Fonterra where she had supported several business units including UHT, Canpac and Te Rapa processing. Prior to Fonterra, Christine was the Human Resources Manager for Hamilton City Council. Prior to local government she has also worked extensively in retail and in sales environments. Her interest in people and neuroscience has seen her coaching individuals and teams in high performance throughout her career.
National Quality Manager NZ
Joanne joined Ingham’s in July 2018 as the National Quality Manager NZ. Joanne has worked in Quality and Technical Management roles across a wide range of food operations including dairy, seafood, beverages, hot filled products, health food and confectionery. Most recently Joanne was a Food and Dairy Auditor at AsureQuality, auditing to ISO22000, ISO9000 and FSSC standards.
Simon Bree joined the Ingham’s team in April 2007 as the New Zealand Supply and Logistics Manager. Simon brings 30 years of experience in leading large FMCG teams within the logistics sector. His previous roles have involved senior leadership roles with Mainland Products, Fonterra and Goodman Fielder.
General Manager Operations
Morgan joined Ingham’s in June 2018 as the GM Operations. Morgan has worked in lead roles in food operations for 20 years in New Zealand and the UK. Most recently he was the Operations Manager at Griffins Foods and prior to that Morgan was the National Engineering Manager for Goodman Fielder NZ. He has a wide range of experience in various food operations, including dairy, baking and chilled ready-to-eat products.
Health & Safety Manager NZ
Sam joined Ingham’s in July 2018 as the Health and Safety Manager NZ. With 11 years’ experience managing health and safety risks across different manufacturing and farming environments, as well as experience in operations, maintenance and quality fields. Sam’s previous roles involved senior safety roles with Manuka Health, Seeka, Coca-Cola Amatil NZ and Fiji and Fonterra. With extensive training in ICAM, risk management and occupational hygiene, Sam was the first NZ woman and fourth in the world to become a Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE) by TUV Nord and Pilz.
Feed and Ingredients Manager NZ
Wharehoe joined Ingham’s in 2018 as a Site Manager for the newly built Murray Bridge Feedmill in South Australia, where he had already spent two years as a consultant for the new-build project. From 2013 to 2018 he was an independent feed milling Consultant, working and living in Inner Mongolia, China, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to this, he spent 15 years with Tegel Foods as Regional and then National Operations Manager for their feed milling operation.
