Adrian Revell

Managing Director

Adrian joined Ingham’s in 1997. Since June 2011 he has been executive leader of the New Zealand operations bringing 19 years’ experience across the business including engineering and plant management expertise. Adrian is current Chairman of the New Zealand Poultry Industry Association.

Christine Sidwell

People and Performance Manager

Christine came to Ingham’s in February 2016 as the People and Performance Manager from Fonterra where she had supported several business units including UHT, Canpac and Te Rapa processing.  Prior to Fonterra, Christine was the Human Resources Manager for Hamilton City Council.  Prior to local government she has also worked extensively in retail and in sales environments.  Her interest in people and neuroscience has seen her coaching individuals and teams in high performance throughout her career.

Scott Marshall

Health & Safety Manager

Scott joined Ingham’s as H&S Manager NZ in July 2016. He has 10 years’ experience in senior H&S roles both as a government regulator and in private industry. His previous role was in the pulp & paper manufacturing sector and before that Scott was an Inspector for NZ’s H&S regulator. Prior to Scott’s move into H&S he worked in the construction industry for 8 years. Scott’s passion in H&S is to move H&S from a compliance focused culture to one of employee engagement and critical risk management. Away from work Scott’s great loves are is daughter Maggie and Rangers football club.

Simon Bree

Supply and Logistics Manager

Simon Bree joined the Inghams Enterprises team in 2010 as the New Zealand Supply and Logistics Manager. Simon brings 27 years of experience in leading large FMCG teams within the logistics sector. His previous roles have involved senior leadership roles with Mainland Products, Fonterra and Goodman Fielder.

Oscar Stevens

Feed & Dairy Nutrition Manager

Oscar joined Ingham’s in 2005 as a production supervisor at the Hamilton Feedmill. His focus was on learning all aspects of the feedmill. For the last 2 years, Oscar has been running the Nutrition business, focusing on developing greater insights into animal nutrition and improving customers profitability.

Oscar previously spent 16 years with Goodman Fielder in the FMCG manufacturing sector and also has experience in retail management, distribution and manufacturing/food processing.

George Morrissey

Chief Financial Officer

George joined Ingham’s in April 2016 as New Zealand Chief Financial Officer. George has 15 years management experience in public and private companies in New Zealand and the UK.  He was most recently CFO for Fonterra Farm Source/RD1 and prior to that George held Commercial/Financial Management roles with public UK FMCG entities. George is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Haden Shaw

General Manager Operations

Haden joined Ingham’s in 1998 as part of their Graduate program and has been in his current role since July 2015. Haden has 16 years of experience within the New Zealand poultry sector. He has extensive operational experience in Primary and Further processed poultry production, as well as 2 years’ experience in Feed milling and 2 years working in the UK in a FMCG manufacturing role.

Jerem Wylie

General Manager – Sales & Marketing

Jerem joined Ingham’s in September 2010 as New Zealand’s Retail Sales Manager and was appointed General Manager – Sales & Marketing in November 2015. Jerem has over ten years’ managerial experience in the FMCG industry, including strategic planning, marketing communications and excellent relationships within the retail sector.
