1 cup pineapple conserve
100g packet roasted and salted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
1kg (8) chicken wings
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place pineapple conserve into a small saucepan and stir over a low heat until soft. Spoon into a large bowl, add nuts and stir until well combined.
3. Add chicken wings and stir until well coated.
4. Place onto prepared baking tray. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until golden. Serve.
