Conventional Oven - Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F), place on lightly oiled tray and cook for approximately 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Fan Forced Oven - Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F), place on lightly oiled tray and cook for approximately 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
Poultry should be fully cooked when the deepest part reaches an internal temperature of 82°C. You can check this using a meat thermometer.
