Conventional Oven : Preheat oven to 190°C (380°F). Place chicken on lightly greased tray and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Fan Forced Oven : Preheat oven to 190°C (380°F). Place chicken on lightly greased tray and cook for 1 hour or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
BBQ: Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, then low heat for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through. Turning occasionally.
We suggest using a meat thermometer. Poultry should be fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 82°C. Thermometers should be placed in the deepest part of the poultry.
